Our Mission
Suns Youth Sports aspires to reach out to the youth of all ages and provide an outlet where they can learn life-skills, develop conflict resolution skills and learn how to contribute to the community. We aspire to be a resource to help youth strive for academic excellence and understand its importance, and empower them to develop the necessary character and life skills to succeed in life.

What are our goals
Florida Suns Basketball aspires to be an elite, educational-athletic organization that provides a high-quality athletic experience to every athlete. It is our goal that every athlete;
Is developed using the principles of positive coaching
Feels like an integral part of the team regardless of performance
Is challenged to reach and exceed their personal goals
Learns the skills, tactics and strategies of the game and improves as a player
Learns “life lessons” that have value beyond the court and or field
It is the goal of the Florida Suns staff to always demand excellence of ourselves first and also of our players. It is also our goal to provide and equip our players with the necessary tools and opportunities to become stars not only on the court, but more importantly off the court in their communities where they can and will “SHINE BRIGHT”
